Speaker Sally Florian works for Catholic Charities of West Michigan leading the Project Rachel ministry for the Dioceses of Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. Sally directs the Rachel’s Vineyard retreats and the Walking with Moms in Need outreach for the Diocese of Grand Rapids. Sally was raised in a small town outside of Lansing and is the youngest of nine children. After 23 years in banking, Sally heard a calling to go and work in the Lord’s vineyard by reaching out, walking with, and sharing Jesus’ mercy and healing with women and men who have had an abortion experience. Sally is a parishioner at St. Augustine Cathedral and lives in Kalamazoo with her husband, DJ, and son, Will.
